Arca Restaurant

about.

Hidden beneath the dense canopy of the Tulum jungle, ARCA stands as an immersive sanctuary where architecture and nature coexist in perfect balance. The project is rooted in the concept of organic integration, creating a primal yet sophisticated atmosphere that respects the native landscape and embraces the elements.

The architecture dissolves the boundaries between the interior and the wild. Without walls to separate the spaces, the setting is intimate and electric, illuminated by flickering candles and the warm glow of open fire. The design embraces a "rough luxury" aesthetic, using raw wood, gravel floors, and lush vegetation to create a sanctuary that honors the roots of Mexican culture while delivering a unique sensory experience.
